Dr. Chunbao Li, a professor and the dean of College of Food Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University, is the Deputy Director of the National Center of Meat Quality and Safety Control, and a candidate of the Leading Talent of Scientific and Technological Innovation of the Ten Thousand Plan. Dr. Li has been engaged in research on meat processing and quality control, and meat nutrigenomics and he has undertaken 13 national-level projects, and published more than 200 papers in international journals, which have been cited for more than 3500 times, with an H index of 34.
