Dr. Raza is serving as Civil Servant of Pakistan at BE&OE, HQs, Islamabad since January, 2019 to date including various operational postings in field. He started his PhD at UVAS, Lahore in Clinical Medicine in September,2018 as a PhD Scholar (clinical Medicine) after NOC from the Federal Government. Prior, he has served as ACO Federal Ombudsman since May, 2016 to 2019 and also corporate sector in the realm of livestock. He holds M.Phil (Clinical Medicine), DVM, M.A Philosophy (BZU), MA Political Science(University of the Punjab)and LL.B (BZU) . He is author of 6 National and 01 international publication, published a few research papers in peer reviewed journals, a tremendous number of articles in newspapers for public health/one health awareness and on other subject, written thesis of PhD and M.Phil. He has been imparted with a lots of international and national training on variety of multidisciplinary issues. He had been active member of debating, literary and other societies of UVAS, Lahore. He has achieved distinctions in merit scholarships during his sojourn at UVAS, Lahore and also from University of the Punjab and BZU. He has an art of multidisciplinary approach of combining public health, one health, legislation and policy formulation which is reflected from his research work and other publications.
